I work virtually with people throughout Wisconsin. Wherever you go, my office comes with you.

Online therapy is the same as in-person therapy, only in a virtual setting. Many people find it easier to share their genuine thoughts and feelings from the comfort of their own safe space.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and may run a bit longer if needed.

Yes. I am happy to provide you with a superbill for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee if or how much you can be reimbursed, so check with your insurance company if this is important for your finances.

Yes. I accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Wisconsin, Carelon, Cigna, Medica, Meritain, Optum, UMR, UnitedHealthcare, and VA Community Care Network (VA CCN).

It’s my privilege to carve out time specifically for you. Since I have limited availability, I must enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. I know life can get complicated so that you can cancel your appointment for any reason up to 24 hours before your appointment. However, if a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $75.00.

Reach out to me on this website to schedule a free initial consultation. After we have spoken and agree that we are a good fit, I will send you a link to complete several brief forms (i.e., enter your insurance information, sign the consent forms, and enroll in autopay). If you plan to use insurance, we will verify your insurance and any out-of-pocket expenses before your first appointment. Your initial session can often be scheduled within one week. Once scheduled, you will be sent a direct Zoom link to attend your first session.

I check my phone and email messages throughout the week. You are welcome to text me at 715-256-8028 or email me at DBTCenterofWisconsin@proton.me.

A free phone consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns, and determine whether we are a good fit for your treatment needs.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Wisconsin (LCSW License# 7924-123 WI).

My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and DBT Prolonged Exposure trauma therapy. I often include other therapeutic approaches to best meet the individualized needs of the clients I work with.
